I've been here a little over 8 months. I was here a week when a sewer line blew up under my building and into my apartment. Maintenance was on the grounds and cleaning my apartment the whole week. It wasn't the complex fault, but they were cleaning up until it was repaired. I find when the maintenance staff are highly rated that the complex is a good one to rent from.

This is our first home in the U.S. It is perfect for us as a family, we love the pool, the spa and the playground. It is peaceful, silent, but close to everything. The area is beautiful, close to the nature, surrounded by beautiful streets. The staff is very kind and open to foreigners like us. I recommend it to everyone.

Feels Like Home! I’ve been living at Arbors of Brookdale for over six months now, and it has been a fantastic experience. From the very beginning, Savannah made the process smooth—helping us with the initial documentation and giving us a great tour when we were house hunting. Her friendly and professional approach made us feel confident in choosing this community. The in-house appliances are convenient, maintenance is always quick, and the playground is perfect for families. We love the clubhouse activities and the food trucks that bring a fun vibe to the neighborhood. The peaceful surroundings truly make this place feel like home. Grateful to be part of such a well-managed and welcoming community!

So happy I found Arbors of Brookdale! Our apartment is modern, very nice appliances, and convenient. My favorite thing about Arbors is the amenities (which I use every day) and the convenience of its location–it’s a quick 5 minute drive to downtown Naperville and easy access to the highway. The staff is always communicating, and providing the community with fun activities / food trucks. I highly recommend!

We chose to move here based on the positive reviews, and we're so glad we did. I was about four months pregnant when we moved, so it was important to us that we had responsive maintenance staff in case we needed something. Any time we had a maintenance request, the team was there the next day to fix it. We are so grateful for the team, and for making our first home as a family of three one that was safe and reliable. We loved our townhouse and miss our wonderful neighbors terribly. Thank you, Arbors, for everything. We miss you!!

I have been a resident for 2 years. Have only ever had 2 maintenance issues arise. The Maintenance Team at Arbors does a fantastic job. In both cases the request was processed and completed before I arrived home from work. I really appreciate the diligence of the maintenance team, and all of the Team Members at Arbors of Brookdale. I would highly recommend this property and staff to anyone interested in living in Naperville.

I had just moved in, about a wk ago, decided to finally, take a shower, after unpacking my body wash & shampoo/conditioner. I ran the water, to get hot, before jumping in… good thing, I didn’t jump in, w/o running the water, first, because the water was, freezing, cold! I realized, bath/shower nozzle, was put on backwards! Why wasn’t this checked, before, I moved in? Or why wasn’t it checked after installing it? Should’ve been the norm, when replacing the nozzle! After realizing this, I immediately called the ofc. & the leasing agent, said, I’ll take care of it, for you! Thinking, she put in a work order for me, right away, for next wk, because it was too late & close to maintenance’s, closing time, on a Friday & it’d be, next wk. Well, a wk went by & no one showed up! It wasn’t their fault, bc they never got the work order. So, luckily, I had mentioned it to the Property Mgr. & she checked why, & there wasn’t a work order for me, in place. She immediately sent maintenance over, to take care of the problem, after asking me, if I was available, & he fixed the problem, w/in mins.of stopping by. & he adjusted the hot water temperature, as well, because the temperature was scolding hot! So, all in all, the issue was corrected right away, after the work order was placed!

Nearly a year has passed since I began residing here, and with each passing day, my satisfaction with my choice to call this place home grows stronger. The staff has always been friendly, respectful and helpful, responding to any inquiries or matters with attention and consideration. Recently, while contemplating my lease renewal, I shared some concerns with Molly, the Property Manager. She exceeded my expectations in her support, demonstrating kindness and dedication. It truly mattered to me that someone, despite not knowing me personally, was dedicated to addressing my concerns. This experience has shown me that I want to remain in this community, where I feel safe and valued enough to share my concerns, knowing they will be received with understanding and support. Such genuineness and care is hard to find these days, and very meaningful to me. So thank you Arbor’s staff for all you do and know residents like myself appreciate your hard work!

We lived at Arbors of Brookdale for over 3 years and had an overall wonderful experience. Our unit had been recently renovated and the amenities were very nice. The apartments are conveniently located about a 10 minute drive from Downtown Naperville, and there are plenty of trails and sidewalks nearby for biking or walks. Very family friendly complex as we met many families during our time there. Finally, the thing we appreciated the most was the timely and reliable maintenance team. Whenever we had an issue, they were quick to follow up on requests, giving us peace of mind. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to rent in the Naperville area!

To whom it may concern.... My name is Jason Bysina, my father Rich has been a resident at the Arbors of Brookfield for almost eight years now. I couldn't be happier with his choice. I love that my father chose Naperville when he was moving from West Chicago, and I love that he chose the Arbors. I come to visit a few times a year from Florida, and there are so many reasons why I love his living arrangement. First of all, the staff is so very friendly. The ladies in the office are always so polite and professional, and I know they treat my father well. They remember my name when I stop in to say hello, and that attention to detail means a lot to me. I love that the Arbors are a very clean community, and a very safe community. I know that the maintenance crew does an excellent job of fixing any problems that arise. That is also very comforting. In the winter when it snows, I know they are quick to get sidewalks and parking lots cleared. For me though, it always will come back to how friendly the staff is. The Arbors of Brookdale apartments are incredible. I looked around the Naperville area for 11 months and nothing comes close to the community they have at the Arbors. The apartments are held to a higher standard than anywhere else in the area but what truly makes the Arbors of Brookdale stand out from the rest are their amazing staff. The property manager Molly and leasing agent Savannah are truly the dream team. They are so nice and genuine with their intentions and do not hesitate to go the extra mile for you. They're also always thinking of fun ideas to bring the community together accomplishing a warm and friendly environment around the club house. Their superior Caitlin is so friendly and kind too, it's refreshing to be around such carefully chosen staff unlike many places I've seen. Even the maintenance crew are above par, fast to respond and attentive to the details. If you're someone who appreciates and values a well organized community, look no further because The Arbors of Brookdale has achieved it!

The process of moving and relocating to a different State can often be accompanied by significant stress and various challenges. A lot of that was alleviated for me and I would like to express my gratitude to Savannah. Her unwavering professionalism, kindness, and exceptional communication skills greatly facilitated my transition to the community. Savannah consistently provided prompt and thorough responses to all of my inquiries, demonstrating a proactive approach without any hesitation. Even after relocating and living here, I greatly appreciate how dedicated she is and the continued consistency of her support. The neighborhood displays a remarkable aesthetic appeal. I was impressed by my apartment, especially after never seeing it prior to moving. I really enjoy the current environment I find myself in. My faucet hose sprung a leak today with water flowing out of my sink cabinet, so I called Maintenance line ASAP (on Saturday) and Jeremiah was sent to me right away and he knew the problem immediately and replaced the faucet hose aparatus. It took very little time and he was very professional, efficient and friendly as usual. Happy with the response and helpful attitude!

I am very grateful for The Arbors' office staff patience, friendliness and responsiveness with my move-in process 2 weeks ago (particularly worked with Savannah, but Molly and Priscilla also great). They actually worked with me weekly prior to the move because my house Closing date changed several times and they relieved a lot of my worry about the timing. They genuinely showed care and empathy with my stress level. I have a short list for Maintenance and I have the same confidence they'll be just as responsive. Love the pool and hot tub!!! Great perks.

Moving from out of state was challenging due to the area's poorly rated rentals. I ended up at Arbors of Brookdale due to their high ratings. Savannah, the leasing agent, went above and beyond to make our relocation comfortable. Our cozy loft and friendly neighbors are great, and the location is convenient. The only issues were the uncleaned rugs, which I cleaned myself, and the small refrigerator. Overall, the office staff and maintenance crew are professional and approachable. It's a good option for those transitioning to a home.

We really enjoy living at arbors. Maintenance is awesome and they hold different community activities every month. They recently updated the landscaping and it looks great, definitely a place you can be happy to have others come over and see. Only thing I'm hoping improves is the dog park, it's just gravel, which my dogs hate to walk on and they can't run and play there.

I just want to write and commend the staff and landscapers for the improvements to the grounds they have been working on this year. As a long time homeowner, it is not lost on me the amount of work and the cost of the new plantings and especially the stone walls installed outside my building, 1321. It really solved the problem of ground erosion very well. Also, they have been diligently watering and caring for the new plantings during this summer drought, which is not easy. It would be such a waste to lose all those plants, and they all appear to be doing well. One of the reasons I moved into a rental was I am tired of caring for and worrying about my yard, so its been interesting for me to watch them work, and I just would like to say I appreciate it, GOOD JOB!

Arbors of Brookdale is such a fantastic place to call home. The apartments themselves are beautiful as is the layout and landscaping of the entire complex. I have lived at the Arbors for close to 7 years now. It is quiet, clean, friendly and you feel more like you're living in a home rather than just renting another apartment. The staff is always on top of everything and they work hard to keep the units and grounds looking nice. One of the best benefits is, I have never waited longer than a day for a maintenance request to be filled- they really take that seriously. Neighbors all tend to respect one another's space and that is another thing they take seriously here. If you are looking for a homey place to live, and rather rent than buy, Arbors is a good choice.

Pros: I have lived at the Arbors for 5yrs now and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon because I love my home and the nice,quiet and safe community. Yes, the rent all over the US got high but this place is worth the money compared to what you get at the surrounding apartments. I have a spacious one bedroom apartment, a walk in closet with drawers in my bedroom. A beautiful bathroom. Between my bedroom and the walk in closet is a seating area with a big mirror that you can make into your own make up salon or make it a small office space like I did. The living room is huge!!! No joke! There is a spacious dining kitchen area and the kitchen has all updated appliances and next to the kitchen you have your own laundry room with a door and updated large front load washer and dryer. Yes, large! Not only do I have a storage closet outside by my patio but I have more storage space in the hall/jacket closet towards the back of it. I haven’t had any major maintenance issues just like normal stuff like clogged sink or the AC not working right, everything minor and fixed very fast! If I call in the morning or even send an email the night before, they are here the same day! The maintenance guys are awesome and know what they are doing and the office staff is awesome!! I like them so much that I visit them just to say hi! Paige, Lisa and Molly are friendly, knowledgeable and always helping and planning fun events at Arbors. This place is also quiet, it feels safe to me and it’s very clean and kept clean on the outside all the time. We have two big ponds that my dogs love to walk around and one of my favorite things is how close you are to everything like grocery stores, the mall, the highway, the train and downtown Naperville. Cons: I mean no place is perfect! lol If you live on the first floor and can’t handle hearing noise from upstairs please move to the second floor. I hear my neighbors all the time but the office staff have always been helpful to contact my neighbors to keep it down and they do, thankfully! Not all my upstairs neighbors have been so respectful. Not sure if it’s the hard wood floors or poor insulation or both but that really is my only issue. Like I said, always say something if it’s too noisy and the office staff will take care of it. I’m so glad I found this place 5yrs ago! And can’t forget the indoor and outdoor pools! They open as soon as it’s warm enough to swim! Which is awesome not to have to wait for a set date.

Absolutely love living here. Our apartment upon move in was clean, bright and even had a little welcoming basket. We have lived here a few months already and have nothing but a positive experience. The leasing professionals, Kayla and Lisa, are always very helpful and informative. Also- we have a large fluffy dog and many surrounding apartment communities would not accept him due to weight restrictions, we were happy to have found an apartment community who is so dog-friendly.

The units are spacious, well-maintenance, updated, and gorgeous. The office staff were always kind, quick, and helpful. I always felt safe here and would move back in a heartbeat. We've moved to this wonderful community a couple of months ago. In this crazy world of COVID-19 and remote work it's really nice to have a beautiful view from your desk with some rabbits, birds and squirrels running and flying around. And I also love that I can enjoy the gym and the indoor pool (with a hot tube and sauna!) almost anytime (the pool closes at 10PM daily, but the gym is open 24/7). My spouse and I moved in here last December and we already LOVE this place. The apartment is clean and bright, and gets a lot of natural sunlight. The stuff is very nice, friendly and helpful. Kayla and Lisa are always happy to help at the club house, and the maintenance team does a superb job and responds to any problems very quickly. There's a nice small gym, awesome pools (both indoor and outdoor) and other amenities. And the last but not least is the location. We love being so close to the McDowell Grove preserve, and our commutes are really good given the proximity to I-88 and Route 59.

I have lived at the Arbors for over 4yrs now and out of all the apartments that I lived in Naperville, this is my favorite place. It’s the biggest one bedroom I have ever had. The living room is very spacious for me and my two dogs. Everything is updated and I even have a brand new large size front load washer and dryer in my laundry room. I even have a walk in closet! The neighborhood is very safe and quiet as well. They have a great office staff that is ready to help at a moments notice and the maintenance staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have great neighbors, everyone is friendly and I honestly can’t picture myself living anywhere else. The Arbors of Brookdale has become my home.

We were looking at apartments in Naperville and surrounding communities (Wheaton, Lisle, Downers Grove) for a few months; and, viewed thirty-two options! While there were many pros and cons to various apartment communities, Arbors of Brookdale hit every mark. The key deciding factor was Kayla. It's very important when moving from a home and community into an apartment to have the feeling that you have "neighbors" that will be looking out for you. Kayla walked us through the process step by step; and, her level of care for the residents was apparent in every encounter both with us; and, with other residents who came through during our chats. There was never any issue - big or small - that she didn't immediately document and provide guidance on. All with a smile! Of the many communities we had to choose from, we selected Arbors of Brookdale because of Kayla's outstanding support and positive attitude.

I am a new resident and have been at Arbors of Brookdale Apts for a little over 4 months and I have to say and I am highly impressed with this community and staff. This community is well groomed and maintained during landscape season and snow removal efforts during these winter months have been impressive. The amenities are great, especially the indoor pool and fitness room. I can't wait to use the outdoor pool this coming summer. The Management staff are all extremely pleasant, accommodating and knowledgeable. The maintenance staff is prompt and efficient; they work day and night to tend to the community and the individual apartments. I am a Property Manager myself and managing a property of this size can be a challenge. Paige, Lisa and the staff make it look easy! Kudos to all!

I’m in love!! Friendly informative staff. Maintenance service fast and efficient. I love the high ceilings, large windows, and fireplace. They provide fun events to the community. I’ve been here a few weeks and already experienced food trucks, national pizza day, trivia night and contests! Clubhouse amenities include a gym , indoor-outdoor pool , jacuzzi , sauna , business center, and use of clubhouse facilities. *limited people for covid safety. We visited arbors of Brookdale by chance when we were in the process of trying to find a suitable apartment. From the moment we took the tour of the apartment, we knew this was going to be our home.Amanda impressed us with her friendliness and professionalism, patiently answering all our questions and ensured the transition go much smoother and welcoming . We have been here for 3 months and not even for a moment we have regretted our decision. The apartment is very tastefully done with modern and well maintained amenities and beautiful layout with very townhouse feel to it.For me, the ample sunlight that we get is the highlight. The club house, indoor pool and the surrounding in general would impress anybody. Most importantly, the maintenance team is very quick in responding and the entire member of the office is friendly and attentive. With the warmth and positivity this community has, this is just a wonderful place to be. Totally recommend this.

My S.O. and I lived here for nearly 2 years and it was bittersweet to leave. The apartments are wonderful. We had an upgraded unit on the 2nd level in the back of the all the buildings, which allowed for seclusion and great amenities inside the apartment. It is set with an Ecobee (wifi thermostat), shaker cabinets, stainless steel, and ours had private stairs leading to our 2 bedroom. Aside from early 2020 due to COVID, they would host fun theme parties. We didn't attend all, but the ones we did were very nice and well done. They also occasionally do yoga and have great activities for kids. The pool(s) were also always clean (lots of kids, but it's a pool), and the park and bbq area was a nice space that you could rent for a get together. Very kid and pet friendly too and is in the Naperville school district. It probably sounds like this is too good to be true, but aside from the normal wear and tear of a rental, this apt community went above and beyond. Worth the rent, which is hard to say about many places.

It is set with an Ecobee (wifi thermostat), shaker cabinets, stainless steel, and ours had private stairs leading to our 2 bedroom. Aside from early 2020 due to COVID, they would host fun theme parties. We didn't attend all, but the ones we did were very nice and well done. They also occasionally do yoga and have great activities for kids. The pool(s) were also always clean (lots of kids, but it's a pool), and the park and bbq area was a nice space that you could rent for a get together. Very kid and pet friendly too and is in the Naperville school district. It probably sounds like this is too good to be true, but aside from the normal wear and tear of a rental, this apt community went above and beyond. Worth the rent, which is hard to say about many places.

Maintenance staff is super quick to fix any work order and to clean up the snow as well keeping the community looking spectacular. Indoor pool and hot tub are awesome during winter. Fitness center is equipped with precor equipments. There is an ample guest parking around the buildings. Private entrances which are very uncommon in Chicago area make it feel like a townhouse than an apartment. Really glad we decided to move here, we don't see us leaving anytime soon.

The property is clean and gorgeous with lots of grass areas and a lake. I want to hang out in the lobby/office all the time because it's so cozy! Super nice team working there, especially Paige. She has been more than accommodating with my family and work schedule. They also do little extra things when a holiday roles around. It's definitely a wonderful little community. I have lived at the Arbors of Brookdale for two years and four months and it has been a great experience! The property management team has been excellent in providing services as well as creating a sense of community. I have not had this experience with previous properties in California, Arizona or Nevada. The management team here does a great job of creating a sense of community through social events, contests, and celebrating holidays. I have gotten to know many neighbors and the sentiment seems universal. The current team of Paige, Amanda and Justin are really accommodating with any sort of requests for maintenance or use of the business center or shared amenities. They are right in line with the previous management of Katelyn and Danielle, so it is quite evident that the company fosters a culture that is service oriented. The maintenance team is also very cordial and respectful when they come into my home to do repairs or maintenance, and always in a timely manner. In regards to the property, I love my hardwood floors and fireplace along with my lake view. Having a detached garage is helpful, but I love the gym and pool area. We have an indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna which are a great value, especially in the winter. I highly recommend the Arbors of Brookdale for anyone looking to get more from apartment living!

This place is AMAZING! The entire staff is so friendly. My roommate and I moved here from Wisconsin this past summer and immediately felt welcomed. The complex holds monthly activities for the entire community, which is a great way to meet people when you are new. All the tenants are respectful. The grounds are well kept and there are so many amenities also well kept. The location is so convenient. You are 5 mins from a metra stop to go to the city within an hour, downtown Naperville is less than 10 minutes and any store you could possibly think of is closer than that. The best decision we made was to move to Arbors of Brookdale!

This is one of the best apartment communities in this area. Their floor plans are well designed, their property is dotted with plenty of trees and very well maintained. The leasing office and maintenance staff are super responsive and a pleasure to work with. Maintenance requests are acknowledged and completed with 24 hours! We have stayed here for three years and we have had good neighbors so far. This is a very professionally run community that I'd recommend to anyone. It would have been the best community around this area, except for one issue that matter the most for us: There are no reserved parking slots for residents. It is very hard to find a parking slot on the west side near building #63 that is reasonably close to our unit. This is an issue on all days of the week after 7:00PM. The issue becomes especially worse on Fridays and weekends. We are forced to drive around hunting for empty slots and then walk over 300ft to our home. This has become particularly bad over the past six months. Leasing office staff are aware of this and, I hope that they are working to find a solution before winter sets in!

An A++ apartment in Naperville. Close to everything in Naperville but still nestled within a calm soothing place. Lived here for 2 years from 2016 to 2018. When we signed the lease it was through a different management, but after we moved in few months later the management changed. Both managements were equally good. Cheer out to the leasing office folks - they are pretty good. The maintenance folks are wonderful, they take care of any issue promptly. There are only 2 potential problems with the apartment - the size and floor plan of the apartment are a bit small and funny, could have thought better of it while the apartment's were being built. The signs which say which apartment building it is - is very hard to see even in broad daylight; also the signs which show direction where each apartment building is kind of gets hidden with the plants and trees. The first issue cannot be fixed but hope they take cognizance of the second issue and improve the signs around the community

Overall, love this place! Access to covered parking, quiet but friendly neighbors, two pools and attentive office staff make this place great. The apartments are very nice, especially the remodeled ones. Why the 4/5 stars? You can tell that the office staff is very green (there was recently a buy out) which means you might need to watch your interactions with them and get everything emailed/in writing. I also wish they had a non-smoking lease clause.

My girlfriend and I have been living here for 2 years and just started our 3rd year. We looked at several other comparable complexes in the area and while they were in the same price range, the Arbors won out on quality (and we still feel like we made the right decision). While we've had neighbors come and go, everyone has been quiet and respectful. Management has always been great and very friendly. Maintenance has been fantastic and repairs (which are minimal) are always completed quickly and are well done. The location is nice. We are on the Raymond Drive side where you get a bit of road noise but the pond view makes up for it. You can get on 88 with minimal effort even during rush hour. There are also enough alternative routes to avoid Route 59 which is terrible any time of the day (especially with the recent and ongoing construction). The private entry is probably one of our favorite aspects and makes it feel like you are living in a town home rather than an apartment. We were also lucky enough to get a 2-story loft type apartment which also adds to the townhouse feel. Overall the Arbors of Brookdale is a great, safe and clean place to live and we highly recommend it!

The layout the the apartment is very big and our family all has their own space. Between the tennis court, swimming pools and park it gives us stuff to do. The work out room is a little small though.
