The maintenance team here is awesome. Roberto came to our rescue last night after we had an issue with our air conditioning. He showed up a few minutes after our call, in the late evening no less, and had it back up and running within an hour. He was super helpful and really saved the day. We are so thankful for his help. 2 Month Review: I moved to AoB 2 months ago. Kayla in the leasing office made the entire process very simple and is very good about communicating and caring for the tenants. The neighborhood itself is very well maintained, quiet, and in close proximity to downtown Naperville.

Absolutely love living here. Our apartment upon move in was clean, bright and even had a little welcoming basket. We have lived here a few months already and have nothing but a positive experience. The leasing professionals, Kayla and Lisa, are always very helpful and informative. Also- we have a large fluffy dog and many surrounding apartment communities would not accept him due to weight restrictions, we were happy to have found an apartment community who is so dog-friendly.

My husband and I lived here for around 1 year and we LOVED it. Honestly, we had to relocate and all I can think about is how much I miss Arbors. The units are spacious, well-maintenance, updated, and gorgeous. The office staff were always kind, quick, and helpful. I always felt safe here and would move back in a heartbeat. Just to help with decision-making for some, there were a few cons. We were near the front entrance near Raymond and the traffic noise was quite loud at times. It was also near where the maintenance garage was and the gators/trucks they drove to get around could be loud going in and out all day (I worked from home). So if you’re bothered by noise, I would choose a unit further in. Also, while parking is free, sometimes there weren’t spots available in front of our building and we had to park further down or in the leasing office parking lot (mostly just annoying when it was cold or if I had groceries). Overall though, I loved living hear and will continue to compare any future apartments by this standard. Thanks Arbors!

We've moved to this wonderful community a couple of months ago. In this crazy world of COVID-19 and remote work it's really nice to have a beautiful view from your desk with some rabbits, birds and squirrels running and flying around. And I also love that I can enjoy the gym and the indoor pool (with a hot tube and sauna!) almost anytime (the pool closes at 10PM daily, but the gym is open 24/7). PS: many thanks to Kayla and Lisa from the Office Team for their openness and willingness to help :)

My spouse and I moved in here last December and we already LOVE this place. The apartment is clean and bright, and gets a lot of natural sunlight. The stuff is very nice, friendly and helpful. Kayla and Lisa are always happy to help at the club house, and the maintenance team does a superb job and responds to any problems very quickly. There's a nice small gym, awesome pools (both indoor and outdoor) and other amenities. And the last but not least is the location. We love being so close to the McDowell Grove preserve, and our commutes are really good given the proximity to I-88 and Route 59.
