After research some apartment homes in Naperville area, I had decided per Arbors of Brookdale due the attention from the office staff (Kayla and Lisa), the amenities offered, and the overall apartment renovated model. I love swimming and they offered an indoor swimming pool and an amazing hot tub. All services running good including now during the snowing days. I recommend to check in here if you are looking for a nice place to live.

I have lived at the Arbors for over 4yrs now and out of all the apartments that I lived in Naperville, this is my favorite place. It’s the biggest one bedroom I have ever had. The living room is very spacious for me and my two dogs. Everything is updated and I even have a brand new large size front load washer and dryer in my laundry room. I even have a walk in closet! The neighborhood is very safe and quiet as well. They have a great office staff that is ready to help at a moments notice and the maintenance staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have great neighbors, everyone is friendly and I honestly can’t picture myself living anywhere else. The Arbors of Brookdale has become my home.

I’d recommend Arbors of Brookdale to anyone who’s looking for a new apartment! I’ve lived at Arbors of Brookdale just 1 month so far, and the staff and management goes above and beyond. Keeping everyone informed and up to date. The amenities are amazing and all of the neighbors seem very nice

My boyfriend and I moved in recently and have loved our experience at The Arbors so far. The office staff is very friendly, helpful, responsive and accommodating! We’ve had a couple minor issues come up and they are very quick to respond and involve maintenance if necessary. We love the indoor hot tub and sauna especially as it’s getting cold outside. The complex has a cozy townhouse vibe that we really like and we would definitely recommend living here!

We have lived at the Arbors of Brookdale for just over 2 years. We loved every minute of the being there, from all the amenities to the lovely apartment homes. The office team are friendly and professional and the maintenance team were always on hand if any problems occurred. We have been very lucky to call this place home.
